Innovative Therapy Solutions Pediatric Speech Therapy is a therapist-owned practice providing local, quality speech therapy, occupational therapy and special education services to children ages 2-13 years old and their families. What sets us apart as service providers is that we strive to have family members involved as much as possible because we are only successful if progress is seen and heard outside of the therapy setting. Service is provided in public, private and charter schools, daycares, and in our friendly, welcoming clinic conveniently located in Harlem.

Established in 2008.

Innovative Therapy Solutions expanded into a storefront space in November 2011. Innovative Therapy Solutions is strategically located in Harlem to answer the need for a local pediatric therapy facility with caring professionals that want what is best for our clients. Children should have access to services in their neighborhood so that they can spend more quality time with their families instead of traveling far for therapy services, receiving inferior service or going without services all together.

Meet the Business Owner: Timberly L.

Timberly Leite is a Speech Language Pathologist and owner of Innovative Therapy Solutions. She grew up in Harlem and her brother had a language delay, but her family had to travel over 100 blocks to receive quality therapy services. Unfortunately, 25 years later, there still wasn't a local place for children to go to receive quality speech therapy services. Innovative Therapy Solutions now offers speech therapy, occupational therapy and special education services in a loving, nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment focusing on family involvement during the therapy process.
