I reached out for an estimate on a wrap for a company vehicle. Matt gave me an estimate based on the information I had to go on. He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." Louie and the team were genuine, meticulous, and transparent every step of the way, even giving me a ride home since I lived close by after dropping off the car. The results were amazing. Clay promptly responded with a quote for a driver's, passenger and front windshield tint. He set up a time for later that same day. I arrived and was introduced to Clay by one of the employees. My truck has a king cab, and the two windows and rear window appear to have been tinted by the previous owner. I mentioned that I would like 5% tint on the windows and front strip. Clay said that tint that dark would not match the rear windows. I asked what he recommended. Clay suggested 20%, ceramic tint. I agreed and was told it would take about an hour. It actually took less. Clay was very friendly, and professional. My quote was about 100 dollars less than another place I've been to. Other's quotes may not be the same as mine. Clay stated the job had a lifetime warranty and to let him know if there were any issues, and they would resolve them. I will definitely be returning for future tint requests.
