My only complaint this time was with the technician who seemed put out that I asked for a disk of my MRIs for a new doctor AND then the dude grabbed the trash cans from the rooms around me and placed them in the hallway and then DID NOT wash his hands and proceeded to show me to the table, touch the controls in the room and the headset that went on my head. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't change the sheet. Someone get that man some hygiene training! GROSS!!!

Miranda was most helpful in the schedule, logistics and aftercare, and went above and beyond. The center was clean, the care compassionate, and the studies of very good quality. I went to the hospital & paid the fee. Got the MRI. This was June. 2. In September (3 months later) I get a bill for $400 - almost 1/2 the price of the total MRI from the radiologist so he/she could read the images. 3. Now I try calling the number. That's funny. It routs to an overseas call center to people I cannot understand. When I explain my situation and they cannot help me, I ask for a supervisor. A supervisor is never available but they PROMISE that a supervisor will contact me back within 24 hours. I have called them no less than three different times with the same problem. The last time they PROMISED a supervisor would call me back was September 2nd. It's now September 29th and someone just left me a message, but when I call them...surprise, no-one is available to take my call. UGH! 4. After the September 2nd call, I called Baptist Hospital to see if someone there could possibly help me. I don't know what to do. But, this is ridiculous! No wonder our healthcare system is in trouble if this is the kind of BS someone "reading" an image can get away with.
