She wants to know how you are feeling, is willing to alter your exercises to fit your needs, and always has your best interest at heart. Kayla feels like your best friend from the moment you meet her. She is an incredibly effective therapist because she is curious about her patients. She is an engaged and empathetic listener. She will ask you how each exercise feels and has the creativity to modify the position to more effectively suit your circumstances. She can hold a conversation on any topic with anybody and is an exceptional therapist with a wide range of knowledge. She reminds me of a personal trainer because she has more energy than anyone should have and is often seen working the exercises along with her patients. She also has an uncanny ability to find your pain center and tame it. Seriously, her manual work is next level. All of these women will not only help you fix whatever is ailing you but they will make you feel like family while doing it. (Good family, not the dysfunctional kind of family.) It's clear that they all love what they do, love who they work with, and love their patients. They are kind, compassionate, thoughtful, respectful, empathetic, and exceptional at making you feel better. Administratively, they take care of everything. They deal with your insurance company. They will send you home with tools to help you feel better and continue working at home. They see all patients from infancy to geriatric. They offer dry needling, cupping, TheraBand, Kinesiotape, therapeutic massage, passive stretching, tens, trigger point release, myofascial release, stretching and strengthening exercises and probably other things that I have forgotten and left out. I should also point out that I have been going there for 3 months and have only done a couple of exercises more than once and usually with some variation.
