I originally wanted to install artificial grass in a few areas but realized it was not in the budget. Nathan re-worked the project and whittled it down to what we could afford. There was a lot of back and forth conversations along the way and Nathan always followed up in a timely manner. The job started and finished on time despite the weather's attempts to derail things. Every employee Hill sent onsite was courteous and helpful. Due to a scheduling conflict we couldn't compete the last phase of filling the planter beds because they're still being built. I did have to pay a small fee for canceling, but regardless everything was professionally handled, including a final visit by Nathan and Hugo to review the work and ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend Hill for landscape projects and will use them again in the future. They are booked several months out right now, as are other contractors, so plan ahead if possible.

The hardscape has cracks and issues which they did repair once, but then refused to address within 3 months. The plants have all done very poorly and 75% of their installation needs to be replaced. Oddly enough, the most sensitive plants to the environment look the best. They also will not service the irrigation they installed without prepayment. We would not recommend this company.

No bueno…read more THE GOOD: After reading all of the glowing reviews on Google and Yelp, I was confident that I picked the right place and excited to get rid of an ugly stump in front of my house. I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response. THE UGLY: $50 worth of shrubs are languishing in buckets, and I still have an ugly stump in need of removal. VERY frustrating.

I reached out to Bobby and he was able to send Ely the next day to mow the grass. They also used in organic fertilizer to help with the patches of grass from months of neglect. The lawn looks much better now. Eventually we're going to xeriscape the front yard, but this was a good solution to bring back what the lawn used to look like. I'm super happy with the service because of the promptness and the reliability. They followed through and and did a fantastic job. I also like that they use electric mowers so I was able to continue working without a ton of noise.

They had to remove two sections of an existing fence to prevent any damage, and replaced it when the trees were down. I would, 100%, call Native Arbor Care for any future work.

Truly an expert. And so hard working! He helped us fell 7 trees. I know we were a special case, because our trees were so tall, near other trees, and in awkward places. But he took each one down perfectly. And such a good guy, very polite, and asked good questions. We paid a reasonable price for a full day's work and we were completely satisfied. He came with only one helper, but they ROCKED IT.
