She was not the easiest person to visit or care for in the end but they loved her anyway and cared for her tenderly. Angela was awesome as well as the sociologist staff. When it came time to engage hospice, they did everything right including continuously updating the family and coordinating staff. When my mother passed, we had to coordinate with the mortuary in another state and that went flawlessly. They recently cared for my father after surgery and they welcomed him with open arms and most staff remembered his daily visits to my mother. Jason, the director, is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. We wouldn't have placed my father in this facility if the experience with my mother was not up to par, but it was.

A family member of ours living in Denver with parkinson's and anxiety who was living at home alone, was taken here for rehabilitation when she had fallen. During her time in Gardens on Quail's nursing home she was able to recover, but decided to stay. She, as well as our family, decided that it was a safer and better lifestyle to continue living under the care of Gardens on Quail's nurses. Since moving in, her anxiety has been much less severe, and she has made many new friends. Not to mention that it is a beautiful place to call home. Many of our family members are living in Denver, so it makes for an easy drive being located just outside the city in Arvada. Thank you Gardens on Quail for superb service, we appreciate it!

I've worked in the field for 8 years ( so as you can imagine, I've had training and experience in several facilities) This place was absolutely draining, on all levels. The façade of a beautiful building, and well lit gardens, and exceptional " Care provided to the residents" is absolute delusion. I have watched our team, my residents whom I provide care to, and my own well being turn completely downhill, which is why I feel the need to speak on this. Management and HR are not friendly, or welcoming or empathetic towards care staff at all, instead they are rude and entitled and walk the building with nothing but a higher demeanor, than those who actually provide care to these residents and work extremely hard on the floor providing care, and respect and constant interaction to these residents. I have not had a single, welcoming or open minded- conversation with any management since our previous HR has left the building. I have instead ran into conversations where those who do their jobs, and do an amazing job at it, are consistently belittled by HR and management. Yet, those who are lazy but favorited by management are constantly allowed passes for behaviors and LACK of care to these residents. The job itself is stressful, yes. But we all get into this field even as Caregivers to do our jobs and do the best we can. We also have lives outside of work environments, and some harder than others. This is where survival mode and flight of fight play a role- but to those that show up everyday and WORK THE FLOOR- we are discarded and picked apart -daily, but also while being extremely understaffed and drained ourselves. Yet still- NO support from our HR or ED or management as a whole. I have never felt so out of touch with a work environment claiming to do so much good for these residents- meanwhile disregarding and completely out of touch with their employees whom actually work with these residents and are the ones providing care. Pay compensation and expectations are not lined up at all. all this goes to say- Please DO BETTER, for our residents, for your care staff. for OURSELVES. No job should be or feel this draining on every level.

Are used to go down and just sit and talk to Bob, he was amazing and very dedicated to this cause. This is a drug and alcohol rehab for men and there are 13 steps of sobriety that they have to go through. I am so proud of the men that check into this place because they pretty much have hit rock bottom and they are guided through help to get their lives back. We have been donating there for years. Anytime I travel I collect all those little toiletries bring them back and they are donated along with men's clothes and shoes and other things that I might purchase to help people get their lives on a good path again. If you know anybody that is serious about getting help, I WOULD RECOMMEND this place, they have to be responsible and be serious about stopping their addictions. God bless you Bob for having the vision to help people that have lost their way.

There was a lot of fear coming into this program, but within the first month I was building my career, working a program, and learning how to save money. I will be discharged tomorrow…read more I have made pronounced improvement in my upper body, core and my non-surgical leg strength and flexibility enabling me to become as mobile as possible returning home. As I am still non weight bearing on my new ankle, I am utilizing an iWalk 3.0, at the suggestion of the Physical Therapy team, which allows me to climb up and down the 16 stairs I have at my residence entryway which I was very concerned about. The knowledgeable PT and OT team here is superlative and I would highly recommend this facility and their entire staff for anyone rehabbing post-surgery. I couldn't be more pleased with my visit here. They all care about you and it shows.

The employees in admissions at this place acted like the genuinely cared and wanted to help! I went to take a tour and spoke with a few employees who all gave me some advice to get my dad out quicker from the other place. Needless to say I was stressed and wanted to get my dad moved and so I followed the advice. Well it was horrible advice that made my dad lose his insurance approval for any place! I left messages, emails for both the ladies that gave me advice and also copied upper management into the emails to ask for additional advice since I listened to them. I guess I should not be surprised they went radio silent and I haven't heard back from anyone. I honestly would have been ok with just an apology!!!!!
