At least they replied?!. That's about the only positive thing I can say…read more I contacted IWG to remove a mail forwarding service I had already declined. They confirmed it's been "removed," yet somehow they will continue charging me through the end of March due to "system limitations." Let's be clear: they know the charges are wrong, they admit the service shouldn't be active, and they are still billing anyway. And it gets better. I now have to come back again next month to request a credit for charges they already know are invalid. So their mistake becomes my ongoing administrative task. This isn't a glitch. This is a broken system, and worse, a company that is comfortable making customers clean up after it. After years of dealing with issues like this, it's obvious this is not an exception, it's the business model: delay, deflect, and make the customer do the work. Trying to resolve billing with IWG is like watching raccoons do taxes, chaotic, inefficient, and somehow you're the one left paying for it. Avoid if you value your time, your sanity, or basic accountability. Here is the reply from them to me: Hi Sheila, Thank you for contacting your account helpdesk. My name is Digdoyo and I'm here to help you with your request regarding your account: I understand that you are requesting to remove the mail forwarding service and credit the amount charged, as you don't need this service. Please be informed that we have managed to remove the service from your account. Due to system limitations, we can only end the Mail Forwarding service as of 31 March 2026, thus, please raise a new query to credit the March charge when the invoice is raised. Credit note has been raised for February 2026 charge and you may download the credited invoice no. 10684-476, via the online portal for your reference. A refund has been initiated back to your credit card for 35.50 to your card ending with 3616. Please wait 5 to 7 banking days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. You will receive a very brief survey which may take less than 1 minute. In the survey, you will evaluate me. I kindly ask for your consideration. Thank you; we appreciate your business. Best regards, Digdoyo O. Account Helpdesk iwgplc.com

There are days they're doing live demonstrations as well as live music and they had a cool raffle. There also was lots of food given away like a charcuterie cup, cheesecake and a lot of mixologist non-alcoholic of course. An Event Space That Has Movie Nights! And Art! And Food! And Beer! BEEER!…read more SITREP Capsity is a great event space that allows for a variety of business activities to take place. It allows for the pooling of resources amongst many individuals so that the costs of doing business - especially for start-ups - can be greatly reduced. This also provides for an invaluable sharing of experiences between different business owners and entrepreneurs to share their talents with each other. SETUP Both Jeff & Ricardo, the managers / owners of this business, are exceptional "salesmen" as he sells this whole concept of a "beehive". When speaking to Jeff about how this promotes business in Sacramento, it's really a lot of fun and makes a lot of sense how the Office-Hosting concept and Business-Networking take place. PROMOTION In getting the words about Capsity, Yelp has been playing a bit of a role too by making many individuals aware of the capacity and the opportunities presented by Capsity through some fun activities. Already, Capsity has played host to two (2) separate monthly Community Manager Yelp Event (CMYEs) Movie Nights, featuring "Hamlet 2" on Night #1 back in February, and then "I Married An Axe Murderer" this past week. This provides another great, fun social-networking opportunity with the good people at Capsity. THE LOWDOWN Capsity is an energetic, comprehensivie, networkable business site that can help any start-up get their feet wet, as well as a wonderful event-space to host some great social-networking opportunities as well.

Victim Location 92882 Type of a scam Government Agency…read moreImposter I received a yellow official looking envelope that resembles tax documents with a form 501-LLC (January 2022) to my business address addressed to my business name stating that I need to mail a check for $243 to Corporate Processing Service 836 57th St, Suite 490, Sacramento, CA 95819-3327. It states that I need to respond no later than March 15, 2022 and "Statutory filing provisions are found in California Corporations Code Section 17060, unless otherwise indicated. Failure to file the Statement of Information by the DUE DATE will result in the assessment of a $250.00 penalty which will be assessed by the California Franchise Tax Board, Corporations Section 1765(b) and 17653; Revenue and Taxaction Code Section 19141." As you can see, the document sounds very official and has the same formatting as a tax document when you see it. It has areas where it states that it is not a government agency but the bolded sections of the document all point to penalties, due dates, due amount, and other items. There is an item at the bottom of the front page that states "this is not a bill. This is a solicitation." However, I am afraid that others will be fooled by this and I already know people that have just started businesses that have been fooled by these scams. The document looks very misleading because of all the busy fine print one would customarily find on tax forms and government notices. The back of the document even has instructions that look just like tax forms. I knew this was not a government letter only because my business manager had already advised me that my statement of information for 2022 was already filed earlier this year.
