The internet is included in the rent, but there's a very nominal monthly charge for each phone line. If you need office furniture, the owners also have a dealer relationship with a prominent office furniture manufacturer. They'll sell or lease you the office furniture. The offices are within walking distance from The Fountains, a short drive from other amenities, and easily accessible from Highway 80.

It costs about $26 for the day, but it is air conditioned and temperature controlled, which makes it worth the price for the convenience. That said, if you plan to work here daily, this setup is not practical. There is cheaper parking nearby for about $3 per day, but it requires a 3 block walk. Factor that into your decision. Also, SAC sellers often do not do their own property inspections before they provide their disclosures. Which often means disclosures are actually incomplete. Less quality. Buyers end up having to do inspections, which is backwards. SAR should recommend a change of these practices. Have agents do their AVIDs up front, and have sellers provide inspection reports in advance of listing and disclosures.
