I'd give 5 stars if it were cheaper. I found the prices to be more expensive than other places but I've had bad experiences with the cheaper places here. They change the bulbs regularly, do a great job at keeping the beds and place clean, very friendly staff and they always squeeze us in quickly when they're busy as we never remember to make appointments. I don't enjoy using tanning beds which narrowed down my options, so having 4 stand up units is a big bonus for me. I find it weird that I'm seeing bad reviews. Maybe I have yet to meet the owner lol

I asked this simple question and the woman on the other end of the phone LAUGHED AT ME!! This is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain rude! I'm sorry that I've never gotten a spray tan before but now thanks to COVID I haven't been able to get as much sun as usual and I'm trying to save my marriage because Larson just doesn't look at me the way he used to and I can't stand to lose him, so I'm going way out of my comfort zone, getting my first spray tan, and have to be LAUGHED AT by one of women Fabutan thinks is acceptable to employ? I have been here twice, and both experiences were dreadful; The first time I had to wait over half an hour after my scheduled appointment, I gave them a second chance and even with a different girl working, the service was no better and I left feeling mistreated and unwanted. I was rushed in without a hello (she was on the phone) and I didn't even get a chance to ask for a lotion which I would've like to have purchased. Overall I can not believe that anyone can treat someone with such ignorance, especially in a salon environment where customer service should be a top priority... I was looking forward to an inviting, friendly & relaxing experience (as it is at every other Fabutan location I have been to.) I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
