I was visiting in town and my friends treated me to an all levels low heat class. I didn't know…read morethere'd be a heat element and I wore a sweatshirt- whoowhee, it was rough! The instructor, Octavia, moved from pose to pose fairly quickly but she did a great job explaining proper form, walking around the room, and noting modifications for thr various levels. I thought the class was wonderfully done. I talked to the instructor afterwards and took a flyer for prices and the schedule. It was very reasonable. Also, this studio is HUGE! There is kombucha on tap, two bathrooms, a sitting area, and a little locker area. They're open cubbies but the studio is locked during classes to safeguard your items. The actual yoga room is also large. They put little tape squares on the floor so people know where to lay their mats so everyone has the same amount of space. I docked a star because, while the store size is impressive, it wasn't clear where you should and shouldn't wear shoes. The studio didn't seem very clean for this reason. Everyone in class had dirty feet from walking around barefoot where people had been wearing shoes before. The communal mats were free to use, but they were all light green Lululemon branded and you could see every smudge of dirt on them so it wasn't particularly inviting. Def recommend coming with your own mat.

She was clam and measured in her instructions. She guided the class patiently but directly through the class. She also watches over you to make sure you're not struggling. Great teacher! The overall pace of the class was great and it wrapped up nicely like a bookend. It's clear she put time and effort on the overall class. Class Type: All levels. I should have done the beginners class or something to that equivalent. Which is what I will probably do moving forward but it was a great time regardless. Yoga Studio: Clean and very welcoming. They lock the doors when the class starts so be there on time. There is a place for your valuables and stuff and they are secure during the class. Recommend: Yes! The experience was humbling and educational. I got a nice workout and understood little nuggets of yoga philosophy throughout the lesson by Liana's lesson plan.

I have been recovering from shoulder surgery since May. I discovered this studio while looking for…read moredifferent alternatives of exercising. Teresa is amazing and so is her studio. I haven't really don't yoga before so I was a bit nervous. What really peaked my interest were the different yoga classes she offers once a month. There is Goat Yoga with baby goats, Puppy yoga and Kitten Yoga! I loved all of them. Such a different way to enjoy yoga but also the animals. Check out her website for future yoga classes.

The name speaks for itself, this was seriously love at first flight!!!…read more Tried out an aerial yoga class for Galentine's Day and it was such a fun experience! I have been to yoga classes before but never an aerial yoga class! A hybrid mix of yoga with aerial hammocks? SO COOL! No matter your flexibility level or prior yoga experience, this place is good for all skill levels. The instructor explains and demonstrates things clearly. With soothing music playing, this was an experience that allows for experimenting at your own comfort level. Time flew by so fast! Phones were not allowed in the room but the instructor takes pictures (with your signed permission) and sends them to you afterwards. She even gave us chocolate strawberries at the end of the session which was such a sweet surprise!!! Laying in savasana in the hammock alone was enough for 5 stars for me. They also offer a variety of classes from barre/mat yoga, prenatal yoga, aerial yoga, and even goat yoga!!! HIGHLY recommend this place to try out with friends or even to try something out by yourself.
