We got new insurance on 9/23. I called this "girl" and told her, yet today Jim Liufau's office pulled over $155.00 from our bank account (regular monthly payment)-HOWEVER-this insurance had been cancelled. Now I imagine it will get tough requesting a refund, so I say, NEVER go to that office for any reason. So now I am paying for 2 insurance on our vehicles, which I would assume could be unlawful.
