I wasted time going in to the Niceville office when I could have gone directly to the Shalimar office. I told the representative the exact same thing in person that I told her on the phone before driving in. I had to go in anyway only for her to say she couldn't handle it and I'd have to go to the other office. Oh, and the price she quoted over the phone turned out to be more than double.
