We have been doing business with this firm since 2020 however this year they charged me 520 dollars…read morefor amending 2 years of tax returns that they filed incorrectly. They did not file a schedule E for my property for the year of 2022, and 2023. They did a schedule E in 2021 which my parents live on that property and not myself so I had to show proof to my lender that I had income for that property. Robert the accountant excuse was that I didn't tell him to do a schedule E for tax years of 2022,2023 because I said "that property is not a rental my parents just pay me and I pay the mortgage" I said that nothing had changed from 2021 into 2022 so for me to have to tell the accountant how to do his job is ludicrous. Don't do business here unless you want to pay 300 dollars per tax year they file incorrectly. Here is a picture showing proof that I really did have to pay 520 dollars for them to fix their mess up.

Mike Villano and his team have been amazing from the very get go. He was actually referred to us from a friend of ours and helped us get our 2nd home in Washington. Since he helped us with that home, we asked him to help us with our home purchase in Nevada as well. Even though they are located in Washington, the transaction went thru so smoothly. So smoothly in fact, that I started to think that there was something wrong LOL This was our 3rd home purchase, and no matter how many times you go thru the process, you can't help but feel all the crazy jitters. The transaction went thru just fine and we were able to close sooner than expected. I do have to give kudos to his assistant. Jen was great throughout the entire loan process. She was not only well organized, but efficient as well. Jen made it seem so easy. She answered a lot of our questions and helped calm our nerves. She was nothing short of fabulous and we definitely enjoyed working with her. So, if you're looking for lender, I highly recommend you call Veterans Lending Group.
