My cleaner had to cancel our morning appointment a few hours beforehand due to a medical issue. The agency then worked hard to find me a different cleaner for that afternoon which I appreciated. My new cleaner Eve listened to my wishes/priorities for the clean and executed perfectly. She did a wonderful job with the cleaning. As I said to her, I don't think my kitchen has been this clean since I first moved in. She was also very friendly and very sweet with my dog. read more

Inner Melbourne Maids to the rescue! I had a 3-hour clean done today in readiness for a house inspection, freeing me to focus on other important tasks. Our cleaner was lovely, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely use this service and this cleaner again. I appreciated the flat hourly rate, so there were no nasty surprises and she prioritised what I said was most important. read more

Communication was clear and responsive with both the Inner Melbourne Maids team, and our cleaner, Veronica. All were highly professional and adaptive, able to answer any questions promptly, and the first session was set up quickly and easily. The clean was thorough and Veronica was kind, friendly and eager to make the most of the time allocated. Very happy customer! read more

We have been a customer of IMM for over two months now. Alicia has become such an important part of our busy lives. She keeps our home so clean, tidy and organised. We are then free to enjoy our weekends and wind down when we need to. IMM is reliable and communication is professional and quick. We won't go anywhere else for professional cleaning. read more

Joyce provided a wonderful service to our home. She arrived early and was very friendly while listening to my priorities on what needed to get done. Joyce worked very quickly and coped with a lot of chaos in her environment (my broken vacuum cleaner, a new puppy) and still managed to get the place sparkling. We are grateful for her work! read more

My cleaner Joyce was excellent. Personable and professional, my kitchen and bathroom are now soooo shiny. I was so impressed, I immediately booked her for a regular clean. It's great for my mental health to have a magically clean house without having to find the energy/time to do it myself. Very reasonably priced too. read more

Siti L is professional, quick, effective and has great communication. I am fastidious with my cleaning, so having someone else do this for me has been quite an adjustment. But her level of care for the state of my home has made this process so much easier and her time and efforts are deeply appreciated. read more

Was very good at what she did and worked hard to get everything looking good. Ensured that did a great job and took the time to look over everything. Spent time carefully cleaning some fragile items, ensuring they were carefully cleaned and restored. Very happy with the service. read more
