Everyone there is so welcoming, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the coaching is top notch. You can't beat the community and support here. It helps keep you motivated to come to the gym which is huge! It is so fun and never an intimidating environment. Truly a program for all levels of fitness. If you are new to exercise or have some experience, this is where I would go to get fit in Wenatchee.

Even more surprising is how l've been treated as a customer. I reached out to lla Yoga after purchasing 10 classes that I was unable to use all year due to pregnancy complications. I was told to reach out to them closer to when the classes expire. I will be unable to use the classes in the timeframe I was finally provided with upon reaching out to them yet again, and was told that it was far outside of their policy to continue pass extensions for scheduling conflicts, and that they hope I can be "understanding and respectful" as they are a small business. I cannot think of any other business that uses that wording in their stock reply to customers. Yes, they labeled pregnancy a "scheduling conflict". They use their small business status as an excuse for greed and poor customer service.
