The owner's and Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and more than willing to help accommodate everyone regardless of fitness level, age, mobility issues, etc. The Barn has a welcoming atmosphere, from owners to Coaches to members. From the moment I joined The Barn I have always felt like a part of the community. I love everything about this place!

The pace of the class was perfect. The space is very cool, an older building with wood floors and tall ceilings. I was happy to see they also had mats and props to borrow. I meant to bring my mat, but forgot it. It wasn't a problem at all. Lastly, the prices were reasonable and it was all and all a very enjoyable class. I'll be back when I'm in town!

Amy was our instructor and it might as well have been a solo session with how much care and attention she gave to correcting my form and challenging me in more difficult poses. Highly recommend!
