The owner's and Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and more than willing to help accommodate everyone regardless of fitness level, age, mobility issues, etc. The Barn has a welcoming atmosphere, from owners to Coaches to members. From the moment I joined The Barn I have always felt like a part of the community. I love everything about this place!

I loved taking a class here when I was in town. I had a morning free while my husband attended to…read morework and so glad I chose to drop in. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient. The pace of the class was perfect. The space is very cool, an older building with wood floors and tall ceilings. I was happy to see they also had mats and props to borrow. I meant to bring my mat, but forgot it. It wasn't a problem at all. Lastly, the prices were reasonable and it was all and all a very enjoyable class. I'll be back when I'm in town!

Amy was our instructor and it might as well have been a solo session with how much care and attention she gave to correcting my form and challenging me in more difficult poses. Highly recommend! Next visit I make I'll be signing up for classes every day I'm there.
