He arrived at a time in my life when deep emotional trauma was surfacing and my body was deeply fatigued. I needed help and guidance to work with these heavy energies. His integrity, professionalism and heart centered approach were immediately apparent when I spoke with him on the phone for the first time. He was so skilled at getting to the core emotional blocks and beliefs through the sensations in my body. We worked together to access the subconscious (as we call it my "little one") for multiple sessions and each time it was very profound and transformative. Because of the skills I learned with Randy, I now have a growing relationship with the wounded little one inside and an ability to recognize when she needs love and support from me. All we need is Love from our own Self to return to wholeness and Randy is a powerful guide in helping us to do just this. I highly recommend Randy as a gifted healer! Thank you dear Randy, you are a true angel of light.

I've never met a medical professional as uncaring as Dr. Dattore. Firstly, it took so much…read moreeffort/time just to get an appointment scheduled (almost 2 months, shame on me for not letting that red flag sink in). To be fair, he had a family emergency in between the time I was seeing him, but even after working with his requests, & many sessions later, I've yet to receive any contact from him regarding my results. On my final appointment, Dr. Dattore stated he would get in contact with me "in the next few weeks". It has been 3 months since then. His scheduler Todd had zero sense of empathy/urgency when I inquired about my results, merely said he'd pass on a message. Please find someone else for your mental health needs.

He made sure I understood all of my test results, and went above and beyond to help me navigate a new diagnosis. Honestly, his effort and knowledge helped me to better understand myself. The billing issue is ultimately what led to me deciding to leave the review as I was clear that my child would be taking over payments and to not charge anything further to me. The therapist acknowledged that, but they did not appear to try and reach out to my child to obtain a new payment method and then without warning, just charged me about a week later (I had messaged them before the last session took place). The facility manager who oversees the therapist was also quite rude when they followed up with my complaint about being charged. But the larger issue is that despite a year and a half of therapy, in every measurable way, they have not helped my child. I won't get into the details of the issues here, but in every way I can see that they needed help, things have either stayed the same or gotten worse. Now this office did not create those issues, and they can only help my child when they are willing to be open and honest, but a more qualified therapist would likely have been able to make better progress, and the rate they charge and the fact they don't accept insurance, means my expectations are high, and they failed miserably to meet those expectations. Based on my experience, I can in no way, shape, or form, recommend this office or the people in it.
