    Horses on the plantation.

My husband and 3 (16,12, 10) of my kids went on the tour along the water. The hour ride did not disappoint. My kids shared everything about the ride when they returned and did not have one compliant. Thank you for the wonderful ride and memory my kids will remember forever.

Love this gentle giant! He's a retired boy, but so super friendly! Bring him cut up apples when you visit!

Yesterday we took a beach ride at Inlet Point for my birthday! I don't know how else to say it, but THIS WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER! Our guide, Darby, was amazing! She talked about the horses, where they were from and about the wildlife as well. We even saw a bald eagle perched high in a tree! The barn was immaculate and the horses were all so friendly and chill. When you go for a ride, be sure to bring them cut up apples and carrots. The horses will love you for it! Also, note that when you reach the end of the roadway, don't turn around! You're not lost! Head down the sandy beach road for a couple mile and you will come to the barn! The barn is immaculate, and the tack room so organized, too! It's definitely something to see! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED CHOOSING THEM FOR YOUR RIDES! Thank you Darby, Mallory and the staff at Inlet Point for making this such a fantastic experience for me and my husband. It was great to be back out riding. We are definitely coming back soon! Hopefully with a group, too! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Today we went on the best trail ride we have ever gone on!!! Having 2 daughters who have competed in Horse shows for years, this seems to be something we do on vacations. None of us had ever ridden on the beach before. The horses were so well taken care of and mannered and the staff was friendly, helpful and sweet. London was our guide and she really did an amazing job managing the whole group, getting photos of us and the other family with the ocean in the background - both individually and a few as individual families, too. The two girls who got everyone situated on the horses did a great job matching talent/ability with a horse who would suit them. I can't say enough exceptional things about this place. The only cautionary tale I have to tell is that the driveway is at least 2 miles long, so just keep going. We should have added 10 minutes to our travel time to get them through the driveway bc it is so long, so we were just a little late. That being said it is a beautiful 2 mile drive through the woods. Exceptional!!!

    Sweet horses

I took my mom here for her early Mother's Day present when we visited Myrtle Beach last week. It was absolutely wonderful! When I called ahead to make the reservation, they were super helpful and friendly. We wanted more than a walking trail ride, so we did the experienced beach ride, where we were able to trot and canter. It was amazing! The view on the beach was magnificent. The horses were so well behaved and listened well. Paxton was our guide and she was the best! Someone comes and takes pictures of you riding, so you can purchase those if you want. Ours were great pictures! It was relaxing and fun overall. Something to check off on your bucket list. You even get a beautiful nature drive going to the barn too. Super cool place. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great time. Great horse. Great guide. Will be returning.

My first time on a horse and it was amazing. The wife and I took the hour beach ride. Our guide,Ashley was knowledgeable and loves her job. It showed. We will be going back every time we come to the Myrtle area. My horses name was Copper. He was cool. Little grumpy but so am I. We got along great. Thanks for the ride.

Such a romantic date! My boyfriend (fiance now) planned a private horseback ride along the beach! It was our first time riding -- instructors/guides gave us a few simple instructions and along we went! Great time, fantastic staff and unforgettable memories!

I have been to Inlet Point Plantation multiple times now, and it NEVER gets old. I'm an experienced rider so I love the walk, trot, canter 2 hour ride. Cantering down a private beach is every horseback rider's dream, and I'm thankful I've gotten to experience it multiple times. They also have great rides for those who may not be quite as experienced. The staff is amazing (Especially Mallory), and not to mention the free ice cream at the end! I will definitely be back for more.

They have around 20 horses at the barn. The road to the parking area is unkept and has lots of bumps so low-clearance cars might struggle to get there. They are reasonably priced, $40 per person for about an hour long ride. We booked by calling ahead a few days before we wanted to ride. I would say this barn is good for adult riders, but would NOT recommend it for groups with children or individuals who are nervous around horses as the male owner can be a bit stern and very direct. They also don't provide helmets for riders to wear nor did I see any that were available upon request. The horses are well-behaved for the most part, the helpers are all nice, friendly, and talkative. The trail is flat and through a wooded area, but has a clear path that the leader takes you on. Quick Tips: Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, wear closed-toed shoes and long pants (even in the summer), bring cash (they don't take card as far as I know), be on time or early, bring water, and screenshot or download directions/map because cell service can be limited.
