Bill Bedard was AMAZING! Not only is he wildly talented, he's soothing for a first timer and efficient with his time and work. He took care of a few more memorial tattoos for my brother, our daughter's first with her Dad's writing, and my husband's father daughter Celtic knot. I have had Chrissy (the owner) doing tattoos for me since 2007 and working for someone else. Chrissy is not just a tattoo artist. She is and amazing woman in art, tattoos, motherhood,and a business owner. She has also done a lot of red tape with the city of Moorehead to help improve the downtown area. Too many people think a tattoo shop will bring in the the wrong type crowd. NOT HERE!!!! Everyone that works in this shop are clean respectable artist. I drove in from Atlanta to stay with my best friend for a week and we decided we wanted tattoos. After some research and word of mouth we decided to go to Inkspiration. We reached out to Juliet with our idea and she started drawing out a design. Tonya at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and the shop itself is filled with beautiful art and a upbeat atmosphere. Inkspiration is also super clean and organized. Juliet did such an amazing job on our tattoos and is a true prodigy and a absolute pleasure to work with (not to mention one tattoo was also a cover up). 5 stars?! Yes! Why? This place used to not be so hot, not my favorite to say in the least but oh man have they changed. I've been here twice now, got both tattoos done by Angel. Who by the way is absolutely amazing. The artwork put out by all artist in this establishment is like nothing else in the city. As you walk in you're greeted immediately and surrounded by beautiful drawings on the wall, by Chrissy. I always recommend this shop. Clean, great work and all around an amazing shop. Chrissy Suralik is one of the best tattoo artists I've ever been to on either coast. I'm still getting complements on a piece she did three years ago with people thinking it is brand new. Her color sticks, line work is outstanding and she really has a soft hand. The other comment that was made about not getting a call back, well that's probably has to do with how great she is and is constantly booked. If you can get in to get some ink from her, I highly suggest it. read more

I cannot comment on the quality of their work, however, based on my experience trying to get someone to call me back, I am giving this rating. My sister and I are going to be traveling together later this month and have tried contacting this studio multiple times- all within their hours of operation. She was lucky enough to get someone on the phone once, but because they did not have immediate access to their schedules, they promised a call back- which more than a week later has not come. In all, we've been attempting to schedule an appointment with the owner, Chrissy for almost a month and have had zero success. One would think that a business owner would return a call that will result in revenue, just a thought... read more

I have heard great things about this place and I decided to try it for the first time...they were awesome at scheduling me and telling me pricing ahead of time. The artist was named Sean and he was just amazing! The employees work well with each other and joke around..they made me laugh which helped the pain I was going through. Unless you live in the immediate area or don't mind giving your bank card info to a stranger over the phone, don't go here. I was told they "don't need my business" because I would not give my bank card over the phone or drive. over an hour to leave a $60 deposit before they would give me an appointment for a consult. I explained that a good friend of mine was one of their long time customers and had referred me and that I already looked at the artist's portfolio and was 100% certain I would get work done there and said I did not mind paying the deposit up front when I arrived for an appointment, but they were rude to me and did tell me that they did not need my business because I did not want to make over an hour's drive just to pay a fee and then be given. an appointment for some other day because I did not feel comfortable giving my card info over the phone. read more
