Decided to follow a new Sunday ritual and find something frozen for the day and we're normally in Tulsa when we go look for our frozen treat but this time we stayed in broken arrow and wanted to find something local. I found this spot just throwing something in on my GPS and discovered this and the whole time we have been passing by it on Kenosha just going up and down to other locations. I'm so glad that we tried this out because the menu was never ending and there were so many options between snow cones and soft Serve flavors. I decided to get the salted pine-nilla soft serve treat and it was amazing. I'm glad that I got the 12 ounce because I thought it was gonna be too much but it was actually just the right amount. I also love that they support Christian ministry as well so for every treat that you purchase, they contribute a portion to Christian ministries and great causes. The service was great. It was a pretty fast experience and because the spot is so small on the inside they're whipping everything out in a hurry, but it gives you more time to enjoy your dessert. If you have not been, I suggest that you check it out because it is worth the visit. read more

Great find near home for a sweet treat. So many flavors it's hard to choose. My husband got the salted pine-nilla which was surprisingly really good! I'd come back for that! I chose just a shaved ice, pineapple guava and passion fruit. You can sit outside on the benches or benches inside but it is a small place. Service was great! read more

This is a cute spot in Broken Arrow, I didn't even know existed. My daughter recommended it for the shaved ice. My grandchildren loved all the flavors and toppings they offered. Walking up to Inks, the outside was decorated in everything from menus, to signs, stickers, and posters. I told my boyfriend "okay wait out here a bit, I need to read everything so we don't miss anything." Their menu is HUGE and I absolutely love that they had it plastered on their doors and windows so we could get an idea of what we wanted before we stepped inside and had to rely on the smaller menu on the wall. They have the most extreme and random toppings you could ever want, from tons of gummy snack variations, to marshmallows and cereal and sprinkles, etc. They've got every dessert too, but we got a shaved ice. When I tell you, this is the GOOD shaved ice. It is SOFT, not grainy, and melts right on your tongue! I found that the size we got was a bit too large for us two (we got their Jumbo, it came to around $11) and the flavorings made it very sweet (I myself do not have a huge sweet tooth), so we struggled to finish it a bit, but we have no complaints! Ink (I believe it was) was VERY friendly and extroverted when we came inside to order, as well. Short wait time. The AC inside is nice but there are no tables, just an awkward kind of bench/seating area. Overall, great service and an even greater treat!! read more

Iv been to this icee shop 2 times and it is Amazing. There are so many different flavors plus ice cream and toppings. There is definitely something for everyone here. Iv had Cinnamon w/ cream and Green lantern which is Green apple and lime mixed. Definitely go try this icee shop you won't be disappointed. Ink's is basically snow...with every flavor that you would want to put on it...at one price. There are several types of shaved ice. Places with "chipped" ice chunks that you can pack into a nifty dome atop your cup. There is "shaved" ice that sloshed in your cup and makes a nice flavored shake and there is snow. Ink's is fluffy, smooth snow and I love it. I also love that you can get unlimited flavors (though my kids still think that it only comes with three. Don't judge). We stay away from Red #40 dye which is always attached to strawberry, but not here. My boys were so excited to get a strawberry wedding cake that was red dye free! Delicious. read more

Easily the best shaved ice joint in Tulsa/Broken Arrow! I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Tons of different flavors to try out at a solid price (and most of the flavors I've had are fantastic). For me, I prefer Ink's fluffy, smooth shaved ice over the typical crunchy kind that you get at Josh's. Plus it doesn't melt all over the place like normal shaved ice does. You won't melt all over the place either because it has indoor seating (yay!). Honestly, I hate going anywhere else because this place has set such a high standard for shaved ice for me (if that's even a thing). The great service and atmosphere only adds to that! Okaaaaay yum. Anyone who knows me knows I love some quality shaved ice. I had no idea this place existed until some friends from Broken Arrow told me about it, but DANG is it good. Prices are comparable to other similar Sno Shacks - an average sized cone is about $2. You can also get pretty much any flavor that has ever existed. Cookie dough? Got it. Guava? Down. Cherry? Would you prefer Wild, Maraschino, Black, or just plain cherry? Also, the way they do sour flavoring is genius - you tell them a score from 1-10 sourness and they make your lips pucker accordingly. They also have snackies such as chips, candy, and all things terrible for you. It's awesome. 10/10 would recommend if you appreciate soft, delicious, sugary ice. read more

Let me start this review by saying shaved ice syrup in hot chocolate is genius! Not sure how I haven't heard about this place sooner but I'm a big fan. The possibilities are endless with flavor combinations as they have dozens of syrup flavors. There are also some custom combinations with hilarious names such as unicorn poop. We came here after touring the lights at Rhema and I had hot chocolate with peanut butter and wedding cake and whipped cream and it was fantastic! Looking forward to trying lots more flavor combinations and of course some shaved ice in the warmer months. The place is family owned which has it's pros and cons, just be sure to check the Facebook page for updates about hours before you go. They also have a giant dry erase board wall and places to hangout which is really fun for all ages! read more

OMG SUPER IMPRESSED!! Glen and his wife and family run a conscious snow cone shop! I was very pleasantly surprised to find out they use a reverse osmosis filter to remove fluoride out of the water! Yeah for them! They also offer an all natural flavor of freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice snow cone!!! They also have an all organic raw food cup of finely chopped veggies mixed w local honey and pink Himalayan salt and lime. This is a delicious and healthy meal added to rice at his suggestion and he even suggested, we could add some mango or pineapple and black beans to it at home to create a super healthy and yummy dinner! This family owned and run icy snow cone shop is super fun with the walls covered in dry erase board for anyone to write or draw on. They are super friendly and I give them an A!!
