Antifa types run this shop. I went in for some work; they saw my cross tattoo and instantly started talking about racism. The artist asked me if I was born here, as if being born in Tennessee makes me some kind of racist or something. It was very aggressive, like they wanted to fight me all over a Celtic cross tattoo wild stuff I won't be going back. read more

This place was awesome! Came in without an appointment and was able to get started in about 35 minutes. Worked with Sean Kydd, who did an awesome job coming up with a design for me. Throughout the process, he explained each step to me and kept a very professional composure the entire time! Inked expressions is awesome! I would totally go there again. They were so awesome with my daughter! She is 12 and got her ears pierced. Drew Travis was the piercer. He was so kind, gentle, and professional. We almost missed our appt because my husband borrowed my car and we couldn't find the keys. They still squeezed us in and some sweet college girls let us go in front of them. Everything was clean and the lady at the front was such a sweetheart. The quality of tattoo work is awesome too. I will be back for my younger daughter to get her ears pierced. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

"Big T" started off the interaction yesterday about my nose piercing by calling me "babygirl." I stared at him and just said "what?" After he did it a few more times, I said he was laying it on a little thick, and that I'm also from the South but am more used to hearing "honey" or "ma'am." He then offered to call me "young lady." I'm 30 years old! I replied, "I go by (my name)." SO HE PROCEEDED to keep right on calling me babygirl for the rest of the time!!! I wish I had told him firmly to stop, but I don't like fighting with strangers and I just wanted to get the stud in my nose and get out. I'm from the south, and believe me, I know real southern charm when I see it. This wasn't it. He also said, regarding the piercing, "I like a woman who knows what she wants" - yeah, hitting on me right after that exchange did not get rid of the sexist vibes at all. I feel sick inside thinking about how he disregarded my wishes, despite his professionalism in every other respect, helping me stay calm though the procedure and explaining everything well, etc. No one uses that pet name to grown strangers. It was so gross. My stomach actually feels ill thinking about his choice to use that speech towards me over and over again. Uncomfortable vibes with this guy. If I had it to do over again, I would give that $50 cash-only for a nose piercing to an artist who spoke to me like a normal person. Every other staff member was great. No complaints with their customer service one bit! Seems like a good place, and well recommended. read more

So far, I've had 3 tattoos done at this place, and each time has been a great experience. My first was a small one done by Jake Cooke and it turned out great. He was very chill and respectful! The second and third were both done by Chris Adkins, and I love them both! One is on my arm and I get so many compliments on it! It's very bright and colorful; Chris is amazing with color tattoos. I had scheduled with him over Instagram and he was very polite and accommodating for what I wanted. He took my ideas and created a really great design. My third was a walk-in and he did an awesome job with that too. Overall, the whole place is very chill and everyone is polite and respectful. I will definitely schedule here again! read more

I recently moved here to Chattanooga for work last year and have been wanting another tattoo for some time. So I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and let Sean do the rest. After 8 hours in the chair I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The staff were all great to talk to during breaks, they stayed open past the time of their posted closing to finish in one session, and it was a great price.
