Me and my friends decided to get piercings and tattoos on a whim while being in Tennessee for a girls weekend. I wanted to get a helix for my 18, but just got around to it a week before my 19 birthday. I have no experience with tattoos and piercings outside of Claire's lobe piercing, so I was very worried about feeling judged. They made me so comfortable. I have complete faith that they did everything perfectly. They were very sanitary, cleaning everything, washing hands and switching tools between my friends and I. They walked me through all the steps and answered all my questions patiently. He even adjusted my lobe positioning accordingly because the lope sidedness from jumping when I was pierced with a gun. My friends got a tattoo and one just got a second lobe piercing. They were equally professional and helpful for all the services. If I ever get a tattoo or another piercing, I would plan a trip to Tennessee just to have this experience again. read more

This shop is absolutely phenomenal. I've been going to them for years now and have always been blown away by the staff and skill. I've gotten everything from piercings to tattoos and been to several artists at the shop. 9 of my tattoos are from this shop and every single one came out better than I could have hoped for. They really make it a positive, welcoming environment. Unlike other tattoo shops I've never felt judged or uncomfortable at any point while there. The shop is also very clean and hygienic. One time about 5 of us came in as a group to get piercings; they cleaned, sanitized, and changed up all of the equipment between all of us. Everyone who works there really cares about their clients and making sure you get exactly what you want. Seriously will not go to any other shop in Chattanooga. This place is so wonderful. I've been here twice now, the first time I wasn't getting a tattoo but my friend was. The second time I went with two friends and all three of us got one. Both times were walk ins and they had no trouble seeing us both times. They offered us snacks and drinks and even had netflix pulled up while we were waiting. The people here are so damn friendly and do everything to make you have a great tattoo experience. I got a flower branch on my ankle and I love it so much it's exactly what I wanted. Not to mention their eco friendly ink that is completely plant based. It really doesn't get any better. This was such a clean, nice parlor with very helpful and kind owners--they're family owned which is very sweet! Wendy did some very sensitive piercings for me and she was so reassuring and helpful, as well as thorough with hygiene. She must have changed gloves three times and every time I was so happy every time because I think that demonstrates her exceptional care for her customers! Wendy clearly takes a lot of pride in her work--she made extra certain my piercings were even and then celebrated with me about how cute they were. I got a tattoo the other day for my 18th birthday, and I am in love with it! I couldn't be happier with my experience. Nobody in my family had ever gotten a tattoo, so I wanted to make sure I picked the right place, and I definitely did. Everyone was so nice. Very clean, almost looked like a doctor's office. The artist went over sanitary procedures, offered free touch ups and was very accommodating to anything I requested, even played Dolly Parton! All of my friends who I brought with me said that when they hit 18, they'd definitely go there. Would recommend to anybody. I will definitely be coming back for more! read more

i only go here for my tattoos and have brought multiple friends to get theirs as well! i've always had such great experiences here. the environment is so clean and so welcoming and all the artists are helpful and honest about designs. this past time i went with some friends and they told us they could still do our tattoos even though it was closing time. they were AWESOME and did all three of our tattoos past time. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Morgan was amazing!! We had a big group and what was supposed to be 3 nose piercings turned into 8 different piercings. The shop was very accommodating and friendly despite the change!
