Usually I'm in and out at this place but, there was a line outside of people returning things. A sign on the door indicated if line is long or store is full to wait outside. I never had that happen before. It was cold outside and maybe waited 10 minutes so it wasn't all bad despite being cold outside. Once I made it to the front, the process was easy and the employee said they weren't gonna charge me for tape. I used my own tape to tape up the box so idk what that was all about. Just glad I was able to return my package with ease.
