I got my cartridge refilled within minutes after walking into the store. Amin was able to fix the problem when my printer at first didn't handle the refilled cartridge. The store is small, pleasant, without and 'entertainment' humming away in the background. Amin is friendly, courteous and helpful. If a problem cannot be fixed at this location, the device will be taken to their main location at Billings Bridge. I am grateful to live walking distance from this store.
