My Type R got backed into so there was a crack on the grille and scratch on the front bumper. I asked Steven to refinish the whole front bumper, replace the grille with oem grilled, and my door handles paints were chipping off, they used OEM paint that matched the red of the car. He gave me a fair and good price. It's better than other workshops that quoted me. He went above and beyond, very friendly, responds quickly, gives updates and status of the car and finished my car super fast. I called after getting rear ended at a stop sign by a teenager on her way to high school on a Friday morning. When I called I was told I can bring my car in on Monday. But, since we all work that wouldn't work out for me. So I was told that I can drop it off Sunday night, which was very very convenient for me. Dropped my key into the lock box and was on my way. They kept close communication with updates and parts and timing of when the car would be ready. My car was ready by Tuesday. I went into the shop to pay in person and after seeing my car, and what a great job they did I couldn't stop thanking them. They were all so friendly and did an amazing job on my car. Was about to go home, but found this shop down the street and it wasn't even on google maps! Walked in and immediately got excited as a big Initial D fan who has watched ALL the stages multiple times. I seriously love the decor of the place! Honestly, I didn't get multiple quotes but that's because the quote seemed reasonable. And for the price, I'm super happy with the result - I can see from inside the tank that the dent was pulled out most of the way, and that the damage wasn't just filled. They also did a very good job masking the areas that I specified. Overall, I'd recommend this shop given the result and the price! read more

Steven and Lok were responsive, honest and kind from the get go. Someone had scratched the side of my car badly while at work (shown in the first pictures). I shopped around at atleast 4 shops and one place that was "Tesla certified" tried to quote me $9k. Steven and Lok were reasonably priced and super fast. Told me the job would take 7-10 days and I ended up picking the car up a few days early. They also took care of everything through insurance and even gave me back my car before my insurance paid them. Will definitely come back to them in the future if needed. Overall great experience. Steven was incredibly responsive by text and easy to communicate with. They came in with one of the most reasonable quotes of the many places I talked to, and were flexible on what we included in the fix (they did their best to repair a few things that other shops wanted to replace at a much higher cost). And they were able to order the parts and get the car in pretty quickly. Overall, the finished product looks great for a quarter of the price of what Tesla quoted me. Very quick response, lowest price I've quoted and did nice and decent job fast enough. I hit the garage wall and my left side mirror is completely broken (hanging) and there are scratches and dents on the left front door too. I bought OEM mirror and they fixed for me for a cheap labor price. Also when I quoting for the collision, they honestly told me fixing the door will not have the door as strong as before so they didn't recommend this expensive part. Other place will just quote 2k-3.5k for a door. read more
