A huge thank you to our amazing vet…read more I just want to take a moment to thank Dr. David Kirkham and the incredible team at Cheltenham Veterinary Center. When my bunny Bailey needed emergency care one Saturday morning, I called 11 different clinics -- and he was the only one who said yes. He moved his schedule around just to make sure Bailey could be seen, even though we weren't his clients yet. Since then, he's been nothing short of amazing. He's patient, kind, and truly cares -- not just about the animals, but about the people who love them. Bailey recently had dental surgery and ongoing care, and thanks to him, she's been healing beautifully. I'll forever be grateful for the compassion, skill, and dedication he's shown every step of the way. If you're looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend him enough. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my girl, Bailey

Now if you look at my reviews you may notice I have bounced around a fair bit looking for a suitable vet for my little fur babies. Many claim they see "exotics" and don't get me started on the whole term but finding someone who actually knows how to handle a rabbit, now that can be a challenge. I was ready to try driving all the way to Guelph but I noticed the rabbit society had recommended this particular vet, regardless of distance I decided to give it a try. Located in Caledon Ontario with plenty of parking the office is quaint and organized. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, I had issues just getting to our first appointment, because of my work I had to reschedule multiple times. But they did so without a hassle, they were understanding and very accommodating. I can tell the place is popular as the phone was constantly ringing and they had a few other people there, one with an adorable little dog the receptionist knew by name. Both the assistant and Dr Lategan were extremely kind to my boy, he can get stressed out easy but they handled him gently and with care. They diagnosed him with conjunctivitis and prescribed an eye drop that his since treated his eye prob which is completely gone now. She offered us options and info to help us better understand the situation and the steps that were available to us. I found the visit affordable as far as vets go and I will be returning

I am so very happy with the attention and care we have been receiving from Dr. Jessica and the team at Dean Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jessica and her team take the time to explain to me what is going on and the different options we have for my baby. I'm very happy I took my baby, Toby here. I have been enjoying following them on Instagram for a very long time. They treat your fur babies as if they are one of their own and that is so important to me. You can see all the love they have to give through their pictures and videos. Toby has been doing much better because of their guidance and support and the whole team there is so amazing! Thank you all so much for you attention and patience! We will definitely be continuing to come here from now on.

My dog had a pink eye with some discharge and I went to the the vet to be able to get the medicine, but than the vet started to offer other things: - Two exames for the eyes, one costing 300 and the other one, 60 for each eye. - Tablets for ticks. I said no, I have it already. - Diet plan. I wanted only the drops for his eyes, that was it! When I went to pay for the consultation and get the medicine, they had included also an "oil" for his eyes and some wet pads for pets - these two things are more expensive than the simple eye drops my dog needed. I just paid 250+ dollars to get out of there, and I just wanted a 14 dollars eye drops. Well, I felt very disappointed and I already miss Doc Dean, she never offered me any unnecessary service or treatment. I hope she is enjoying her retirement. I am considering looking for a new vet for my dog as it looks like the vet is so eager to make lots of money on added and unnecessary services and products not required or requested.
