I called one local tire dealer who did not have the size I needed, but recommended Smoky Mountain. When I called they told me they had a tire and if I could come in before 10:00 they would take care of it. I arrived at 9:45, the tire was ready, the work started immediately and we were on the road before 10:00. They were straight, honest and polite. There was no attempt to upsell, just provided what was needed. The price was fair and quite reasonable. They saved our visit to the Great Smoky Mountains. Much appreciated.

Before I left, I had to spend 15 minutes wiping down everything they missed and clean the water and mud out of the back seat floor. And, of course no one there speaks ENGLISH so when I tried to show the woman where the water was she kept saying "clean, clean" and I told her yes, because I cleaned it!! You're better off going to the car wash on 441 by the Ingles at least if you go there they have the vacuums and supplies available that you can use for free, since if you go to Holland's you'll have to do the inside yourself anyways.

He suspected it's in the electrical system and most likely the anti-theft alarm system. Took a while for me to realize that my sliding passenger door would not lock. Chrysler dealership could not figure it out and almost ordered the wrong part. I couldn't take time off for my trip to let Rusty to give further testing at the time but later I found out his suspicion was pinpoint accurate.
