Being new to the area, I needed to establish a new chiropractor and Mullen was recommended. They were open later in the evening and able to take me the next day. Mullen conducted a full assessment, listened to my concerns and history, took X-rays, and fit me in for an adjustment that same day. I immediately felt relief in my neck and other problem areas. Two of the highlights were the heating and stimulation pads and the stretching to relax muscles before the adjustment. Every time I've been in, the front desk is always helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

You won't get an adjustment because they don't treat you until the X-rays are read later. (?) If you are in pain & beg for an adjustment, you still won't get it even during the 2nd appointment. This is where they review the X-rays & give you a treatment plan. After this consultation, you talk to the business manager who gives you a stack of forms to sign, the payment plan for said treatment plan, and asks for a credit card to keep on file. If you comply, then you can make an appointment for an adjustment or some other therapy that they offer. This is not the type of chiropractor for me. The office was clean. The atmosphere had a positive vibe. Lots of white pleather chairs in the waiting room. There is a small area for kids. Someone else might like their way of doing business. But I was in pain (9.5/10) and needed relief but didn't get it. I actually left with more pain to the point that I contemplated going to the ER. I want my doctors to want to provide me with relief instead of handing me forms & a treatment plan.
