Honestly, it will be the best thing you can do for yourself. I came to him after a year of fruitless adjustments with different practitioners after a slip on the black ice (new to me, being a West-coaster :) ). I hadn't broken anything, but I jarred my lower hip/spine pretty well to the point where I had nerve involvement throughout both sides, legs and hips. I was a former skydiver and never had complications like this in my life. The nerves were pinched for sure. I had lost speed and flexibility. Through some grace, I found Dr. Shalabi.
