They offer a range of classes from Aerobics to Modern to Salsa, and they also offer a range of levels from beginners to advance so there's something to suit everyone. If you fancy taking up dancing or just giving it a go then it's a great thing to do, and I would recommend popping along especially if you live close by. Dancing is always a great alternative to the gym in my opinion - loads more fun! Classes are £4 for adults and £3 for children, so you really can't go wrong with the prices as they aren't going to break the bank. You have to enrol on a certain day, or be recommended by a current member. Membership is just £12. The building was saved from demolition as it was intended that the very busy Overndale Road was to be widened.
