Nobody knew where the truck driver was, and nobody cared enough to find him, so I looked in the break room myself. There he was, playing with his phone. I nicely asked if he could help us with some unloading. He never looked up, just kept on scrolling and mumbled something like, "Yeah, in a minute". When he finally joined us outside, he never spoke or even made eye contact, just started dragging the first speaker out of my vehicle. He did pause to BELLOW at an elderly woman who was trying to put two bags into one of the bins, "Am I talkin' to the wall here?!? TAKE THAT INSIDE!!!". Never, ever have I witnessed such boorish behavior from an employee of a business - especially a business that makes its money from contributions from the generous public. He never apologized, never thanked me for my contribution, just took my speakers and headed back into the building. If this unkempt, rude, slovenly individual represents the Salvation Army, then this is one place better avoided.

Consignment shops need to discount items that are aging! I haven't found anything the last few visits, so I stopped going. The shop is also very dark, with spot-lighting that hurts my eyes.
