They told me I could purchase another one but they would not exchange it. I told them no thanks and went to Smoke baby and she was so kind and offered to replace it even though I didn't even purchase it from her! Now that's how you treat your customers! Even though I did not take the one she was offering me for free I purchased two from her and I will NEVER go back to the other store!
