They lied and…read moreclaimed that they were "working" on their photos and that they'd be receiving them soon, only to find out months later that they "lost" all their photos due to not properly backing them up on their drive. Every photographer that I've met who does weddings always has multiple drives to prevent lost work from happening; however, their poor planning caused my relative to not receive any of her wedding photos. Horrible service as we had multiple family members fly from across the country and drive from out of town to be with my family on this special day, yet we have no pictures to recreate this memory. They were also impossible to reach during this time and made it difficult to receive a refund. save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. The photos came out just as I expected! The quality is professional and every picture she captured is amazing. I love her use of natural lighting. It's just so beautiful and the picture really takes you back to the moment. This feeling is perfect because I want to be able to look back when my baby is a teenager and remember this special time.
