Called Multiple times with no call back over a three-month period. During this time a salesperson from Infinity stopped by and left a business card. I assumed he was stopping by to assist and to finally get our account back on track with Infinity. NO ! He was cold calling us. He did not even have us listed as a customer of Infinity. That salesperson guaranteed that he would have someone call me. We spoke twice and he seemed suprised himself that no one had called back. It has all been baffling. I mean I get it, our previous sales person is no longer with the company due to legal issues but I would have liked another representative to itleast return my calls. Maybe Infinity has grown and the company that I represent is too small of a company to care about. That was not the case when they asked for the business years ago.
Needless to say, we have stopped using Infinity's services and signed with another processor. Infinity was notified of this decision and that we will no longer be using them and to stop billing us. Yet here we are, still getting charged a monthly fee.
In addition, we were charged a technology fee which they refused to refund. When you ask for a refund and you are hot about it. Magically, you can get someone on the phone. I did not dispute that charge because they did not get my notice of termination. The fact that we have a ZERO in the processing column was not very convincing that we had stopped using them. SO, I made sure that the day that day that I called about the $350 "technology fee", I asked to please REMOVE our company from ALL forms of payment, processing and any other communique with Infinity immediately. I made it clear that we were NO LONGER a customer.
Yet again, we are still being charged, still with ZERO transactions and on top of that being charged 9.95 for a paper statement.
