They were very responsive and came out to my home that day. The vein in my left arm popped on insertion and I nearly lost consciousness. The vein in my right arm cooperated and the myers cocktail went very quick. I did not feel any different afterward and was left with 2 ugly bruises. An ER nurse told me that it really isn't the best way to deliver vitamins to the body and that unless you were on your deathbed, you would need a lot more than a liter of fluid to notice any difference. I gave it a try but I won't be doing it again.

Billy is one of the most honest, humble, and professional people I've ever interacted with. I've…read morebeen going through a really difficult time with my health, and he has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain treatment options clearly, and recommend what would genuinely work best for me as a patient. What stood out the most is that it never felt like it was about the money with him -- it was always about what was best for the client. Anytime I needed help, he was responsive, reliable, and made sure I was taken care of, even if he personally wasn't available. He always found a way to get me connected quickly and made sure everything was handled the right way. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his patients.

She has a medical…read morecondition that requires periodic replenishment of certain minerals, and by the afternoon she was clearly struggling. We were worried and hoping to find someone who could help without putting her through a long and miserable trip to an urgent care or ER. We reached out to The IV Guy AZ, and what happened next completely restored our faith in compassionate medical care. Billy answered the phone personally, listened carefully to the situation, and immediately understood the urgency. Even though it was late on a Saturday night, he treated our situation with genuine concern and professionalism. Within a short time he arranged for one of his paramedics to come directly to our home. John, the paramedic Billy sent, was exceptional. From the moment he arrived he was calm, professional, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, carefully assessed our daughter's symptoms, and administered the IV treatment with skill and confidence. It was obvious that he had extensive experience starting IVs and caring for patients, and his reassuring bedside manner made a stressful situation feel manageable. Within a short time the hydration and minerals began to help, and our daughter started feeling dramatically better. What could have been a long night in a waiting room instead became a comfortable recovery in our own home. What impressed us most was the human side of the care. Billy's responsiveness over the phone and John's professionalism in person made it clear that this team truly cares about the people they serve. Mobile IV therapy services bring licensed medical professionals directly to patients' homes to administer hydration and nutrient infusions, which can help relieve symptoms of dehydration and illness without a hospital visit. In a world where medical care often feels rushed and impersonal, Billy and John reminded us that great healthcare still exists. If you ever find yourself needing hydration therapy or urgent IV treatment at home, we can recommend The IV Guy without hesitation. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made a difficult evening turn into a positive experience for our family. Thank you Billy and John for taking such good care of our daughter.

When I reached out to reschedule, I was told that I was outside of the touch-up period and that they could instead schedule me for my six-month appointment and offer me $50 off. I was coming from Gilbert, and I wasn't asking for an appointment weeks later--just hoping they could accommodate me sometime that same week. I understand there are policies regarding touch-ups, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the overall treatment experience. Because of this experience, I won't be scheduling a future appointment.
