We have used Infinity/Alex for the past 3 years. I agree with the other reviewer who made the comment about being surprised to see a dissatisfied review. Our house is 2-story and has a lot of windows, full length casement windows on both stories. We have Alex do our windows twice a year, including cleaning and installing the screens in the late spring and removing and storing them in the late fall. I should note that he also spray washes the house in the spring and cleans the gutters in the fall. I should probably also admit to being fastidious. Alex is efficient with his time and with ours. He comes when he is scheduled and stays until he gets the job done, which is usually about a 10 hour day (he finishes the inside of the windows in the dark in the winter). I appreciate that he wears booties inside, and dutifully takes them off and puts them back on when going in and out. We have been fully satisfied with both the work done and the efficiency with which it is done. We have Alex scheduled already for the spring. read more

I recently purchased a home with a ton of windows, the upper massive loft windows and skylights were a more than a bit out of reach for me to clean or remove screens. The exterior of the windows probably hadn't been cleaned for years. I contacted Alex, who came right out to give me a quote. He was super flexible in working around my schedule and stayed in contact with me. I'm not one to get excited about much but I was genuinely thrilled to see the results. My skylights looked amazing and after Alex left for the day I realized he had gotten the sticker residue off the upstairs windows that I thought was permanently baked on after years and years of sitting in the sun. Having my windows professionally washed was absolutely worth every penny! Even the windows that I thought were clean were vastly cleaner. Alex is thorough and meticulous and conscientuous. We hired Infinity Cleaning to wash the windows in our offices. Our building is very challenging due to its age and historic relevance. The windows are large 6 over 6 panels with interior storms. They had not been cleaned in years. Alex's work was jaw-dropping. Seriously, I did not know windows could sparkle this way. Our offices were uncharacteristically bright on very gray, dull days. What a pleasant experience. The work was done in a clean, professional, and efficient manner. Alex was the consummate professional, he managed to do all 36 windows without disrupting our work in an incredibly short period of time at a great price. I feel so thankful and happy to have sparkling clean windows all over my house! This is the second year I've had Infinity clean my windows and once again Alex did a great job. Infinity cleaners are top notch in my book when it comes to cleaning windows. I had Alex clean 2 homes that I caretake for, one having lots of glass. This house has windows that were high and very difficult to get to. He didn't hesitate and the windows and sky lights look great. The windows in both homes haven't looked this good in a long time. He responded in a timely fashion to my emails and showed up to get the job done when he said would.
