We asked for a quote via Yelp and received a prompt reply from David. Spoke with him on the phone and arranged for the transport. David had the car picked up in Palmetto, FL within 36 hours and delivered to our home in Pennsylvania 2 days later. Great communication throughout on the part of David at Gateway and the driver Gateway contracted with. We will definitely use them again. I am only sorry Yelp doesn't allow review ratings of 10 stars! Gateway deserves it.

I'm sorry to say that Graham Family Auto Transport really let me down…read more I got in touch about moving my car across the country about a month in advance, with a 3-day window for collection (with me flying out the day after so I could receive the vehicle). I checked in as the days got closer and they said they were confident they would have a carrier for my car. I even called the day before since I hadn't heard anything and they explained that it was completely normal to wait until the day-of collection to hear anything and they were confident that someone will be in touch. Well, those critical 3 days came and went. I left voicemails but heard nothing until several days AFTER the window (when I'd already flown to the destination). By this point, I was already at the destination without my car. tl;dr: Graham Family Auto Transport turned out to be unreliable and left me stranded without my car. I regret using their service. I'd recommend you find someone else to move your car.

My car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. The quote I originally received was upheld, with no surprises. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable transport company, I highly recommend Graham Family Auto Transporter.

Experience was great - from communication, to assurances, to value, to the transport people!…read more We found this company via a random web search and through thorough research were comfortable trusting what they've been doing for years. Tim was always communicating with detailed emails, clear directions, and was usually much faster responding than we expected. He is on top of every detail! We were transporting an 18' boat and trailer from North Carolina to northern Wisconsin. We looked into doing it ourselves, but it would take a few days to drive down and drive back, not to mention time off work, gas, food, lodging, etc. So, we found the value of what we paid - plus a tip to the transporter - to be an excellent value. Kevin Mosher was the transporter and he made the trek in less than 24 hours! I think it was like 15 hours. Everything came in the same condition and Kevin even reported some things about the trailer we should get checked out. He even made another stop along the way to drop off another item. Going from skeptical (we're to wire money?? and then pay cash??) to having the transaction be seamless - this is a trustworthy company who partners with quality transport people. We would definitely use them again. Too bad they rely on googs for reviews, but totally understand. Hopefully you read this one!

I spoke with Nick and he was very professional, straightforward, and understanding. His quote was fair and factored in all the travel expenses. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

I filled out the "Get a Free Quote" form on CarShippingCarriers.com, under the impression this ONE company would contact me. I tried to not input my phone number, and it wouldn't let me. So I entered it. Within literally seconds of clicking submit, I had numerous calls and emails for several OTHER companies. This is beyond irritating. 15 minutes later and I have 11 calls, 6 voicemails, and 10 emails from several different car shipping companies - some have already called me multiple times. Had I know Car Shipping Carries was just going to spit out my information to a ton of different companies, I wouldn't have filled out this form. Who wants to be bombarded by that many forms of communication? I tried to post this review on transportreviews.com but the company removed it because I'm not a 'true customer.' I don't know how a company that only disperses your number out to tons of other companies to contact you gets 'true customers.' And, since posting my original review, I have received 4 more emails, 5 more calls, and 4 more voicemails. I wish I could make this stop.
