I had been searching for THEE master jeweler to take care of my custom wedding band but I also…read moredidn't want to spend an arm and a leg getting it fixed. About a month ago, I woke up and my little sparkly tiny tiny tiny stone was gone. No idea where or how this happened but it was going to be impossible to find. It also had one major chip on the enamel part and a couple of tiny chips that were less noticeable but still bothering me. I've had this wedding band for 12 years and for some reason only as of recent these chips were starting to appear and be noticeable. We did several inquiries on Yelp with sadly lots of them being too pricey (almost double or triple the cost of what we even paid for the ring) and some just didn't work with enamel. I almost gave up with my local jewelers but while on vacation in SWFL I decided to do one last search. We gave them a call and Nathan was SO kind, friendly and honest and he mentioned they don't give quotes over the phone or via email with photos as that wouldn't be the most accurate route. He told us to pop in whenever we wanted directly at the shop so we did. We walked into the shop and it was repair heaven with all these super cool antique clocks - HIGHLY recommend them for fixing clocks and watches - they have SO many awards lined up at the wall. When we asked for Nathan, he immediately gave us a free consultation, inspected the ring with his super duper cool zoom glasses and gave us a very reasonable price with turnaround time. Because we are in a bit of a time crunch he offered only replacing the stone or the option to do also the chips and polishing if time allows. RESULTS: we picked up the ring, I was blown away. Not only did they not charge me extra for replacing what I thought was a quartz with a leftover diamond that they had (from someone that donated it), but they genuinely care so much, are so attention to detail oriented and delivered a beautifully polished repaired ring that I'm so so so happy with! This is a family owned biz, father and two sons work here and they're both amazing and so talented. Thank you Paradise Jewelers for taking care of something that was so frustrating (loosing the little diamond and scratching the ring) and making it look brand new!

Instead they cracked my stone and blamed me for it. I put up a fight and they finally replaced it. When they did the ruined the engraving around the stone claiming that it needed a polish. It was fine before that. And know it looks like my ring is a cheap stainless steel band instead of a vintage ring. And they continued to blame others for their poor service. They even quoted me 1800 dollar to remake the band alone in 18K gold with no stones added to it. Everyone else has quoted me significantly less.
