The owner then got mad at me for not being happy with the cake and started going off on me in Spanish. She wanted to take the cake and get rid of it because I didn't like it. All I wanted changed was the inscription. I paid and wanted to leave. She was still angry and was trying to cancel my payment. I used to be a returning customer but this is the last time I get a cake from infinity, especially with the terrible customer service this last time when explaing how the cake didn't come out right. They charged $140 for a completely print on fondant (agreed to) with no effort to making it looking nice. The print edges standing out? The color being way off? I just go home from picking up a cake at this bakery, my friend is having is baby reveal celebration and we wanted a simple white cake for it, when i reached out via messages I sent the inspo pic and of course she said she could do it, we sent the deposit and set the pick up day, well, today i went in and the cake was just bad, it was nothing like we asked for, i think the lady i spoke with was the owner, but she got really upset when i asked for a change on the letters and she just replied "i didn't like it all white that's why i changed it" and long story short, she accepted a job they couldn't do but they did charge for it, $75 for this, its just horrible, and she got upset because we were trying to at least get it to look decent, please be careful while ordering here! The cake was absolutely delicious and moist--we ordered the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, and it was a hit with both kids and adults. First of all, this was my first order from Infinity Cakes. A friend had recently ordered and I wanted the same cake display. When I questioned the price she stated they would include free display and delivery. but if I did not return I would be charged. Once I got to the event the cake looked beautiful but small for the price I paid. The cake had so much frosting and cake it self was dry. Not moist at all. I contacted by messenger and they could not tell me what I needed to bring back or that they left out display. Just confirmed I did not need to return anything and would not get charged. My tip is to get everything in writing. Make sure they note if you are getting free items or service. Get a break down price in your contract. In my opinion they just make it sound good and still charge listing just one price in contract. Let them show you a price menu and go from there. as far as a dry cake it's a 50/50 chance if you would like to take. I would not recommend or use again! One and done! After having one bite of my strawberry and butter cream cupcake I knew this is where I wanted to get my wedding cake made. Considering I hadn't booked a baker for my wedding cake I decided there was no harm in asking for her pricing. After already receiving several quotes from other pastry chefs I was blown away at how reasonably priced her wedding cakes were which did include delivery and set up. We agreed on a 4-tier cake with 3 flavors which included carrot cake, red velvet, and strawberry and a butter cream frosting. EVERYONE at the wedding loved the cake so much they went back for seconds not leaving much for the groom and me. We received so many compliments on how well everything tasted and how impressed they were with the carrot cake tiers. So I saw them at a quince expo. They were located near by and their model cakes looked good so thought I would give them the chance to make my daughters cake. Well on top of paying for the cake, the lady asked me to buy a pin for the cake (to go in center of bow). The day of the event, the cake was suppose to be there by 3pm. THE CAKE ARRIVED @5pm while all our guests were there. Then when the delivery guys set up the cake, IT WAS UNEVEN! We ordered a 3 tier cake. The bottom layer was thicker on the left and thinner on the right. Was horrible. The top and smallest tier of the cake wasn't even in the center. It was sitting to the right of the 2nd tier. Everyone kept asking me if I had seen the imperfections of the cake. Then they immediately wanted to know who I ordered it from. Embarrassing. So then, I had to drop off the cake pan after the event. I told the lady how the cake wasn't even and the top layer was off. Her response was, " Well from the pictures I took of the cake, the bottom layer looks even." I said, "And the top layer? She said, " It looks like it was off by an 1inch or so." I said, " The whole cake was horrible, the bottom layer wasn't even (as i showed her my pictures of cake), and the top wasn't centered. I guess its OK for them to have a cake that's off by an inch or so...I'm sure it wouldn't have been OK if the stack of MONEY I gave her was off by an inch or so.
