They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. They brought everything you needed, set it up, and broke it down with zero hassle! They brought more than enough fun, colorful, family-friendly props and the attendants were awesome and patient with everyone that wanted to take small and large group pictures. They allow you to get all your crazy props, pick from a selection of fun backgrounds, and your guests take a few pictures, which are printed within seconds.
