If you're looking for a photo booth for a wedding or special event, look no further!! I called the…read moretraveling photo booth a day before my event after some Groupon photo booth service canceled on me at the last minute. I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! Just an incredibly professional and accommodating person to work with. Thank you Danielle!! As for the booth itself - this thing took amazing pictures! I really feel like it has some built in beauty feature or something because it even made my haggard looking ass look good. You will not find this quality elsewhere. The booth was an absolute hit at my event and worth every single penny. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company and cannot sing its praises enough!!

They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.

Thomas promptly replied back and have given me detailed information of their packages. He was very professional and answered me promptly. Tyler was assigned to our event, and he was very professional and accomodating. On the day of the event, Tyler promptly arrived and set up the photo booth without any hassle. There were vast choices of photo accessories, and they all looked brand new. Their props didn't look dirty and did not have any funky smell, as I have had experienced in the past with other photo booths. The glasses did not have any smudges. This is a personal pet peeve, so I was very happy to see this. We had to extend for another hour because our guests were having so much fun using them. Tyler accommodated every whim the guests had, and based on their feedback, he was very polite and respectul. I highly recommend using their services.

He came at 2:45 & when arrived I showed him where to set up at in our backyard area where the party was being held a big space just for him but he refused said he preferred it inside because of the sun. I really felt he was lying he just didn't want to be outside but it was my baby graduation party & I didn't want to have a bad day so I moved him inside the house alone away from the party where he wished to be. We were under giant tents mind you, however did not argue about it. Then he didn't come prepared asked me for a chair to sit on & if he could borrow a table & for our WiFi info. He finished setting up at 3:44 exactly. As time went on he wasn't very nice to my guest, when they would ask questions he would be snappy & I even fed the gentleman. I paid for the photos to be printed & he did not even print out half of my photos & did not give my guest any of them just gave me some at the end of the session when I mentioned about half way through are the photos being printed out. Then at 6:00 he tells me okay ma'am I am about to leave because I came early. I told him no I paid for a service of 3:30 to 6:30, he said I started at 3:00. I told him oh no sir I looked at the clock the exact time you took the 1st photo at 3:45 when you immediately finished setting up at 3:44 so you really owe me until 6:45, 15 minutes late because you were behind. He then tells me he has a time stamp of the 1st photo I then tell him okay you can show it to me because I promise you I looked at my watch when you started & I also have a ring camera in here that we can record back if need be. He then proceeded to finish my service out but only til about 6:25 & had an ugly attitude of not wanting to be there the entire rest of the time & I was nothing but nice & cooperative with him & just wanted a special day for my child's graduation party. I am a person that has several parties a year & will reuse vendors & ppl again & again but not Sky Photo will I be using ever again. I had high hopes & was so ex it for this but they disappointed me so badly. Pictures came out pretty though.
