The entire staff here are so friendly; I have yet to be tattooed by anyone here but that's a work in progress! I've been pierced three times by Dutch and he was so smooth with each piercing that it was painless. I first got my belly pierced by him and honestly I did not feel a thing! I was so surprised the needle was even in my skin. I then went in to get my cheeks pierced (dimple piercings) but I got extremely nervous and Dutch was so kind and patient about it, especially when I backed out of it and instead got both sides of my nostrils pierced; he did an amazing job with both sides! I went in yesterday to get my tongue pierced and would never recommend this place to anyone. First off, the man that pierced me was insanely rough with the piercing, pulling at my tongue with the clamp and telling me to relax as he did it. On top of that, he put a 5/8 bar in my piercing which is the bar used for HEALED tongue piercings. He didn't account for the swelling and the smaller bar caused way more swelling and pain than should have happened. I attached a picture of the piercing before I went and got the bar changed out and now, after I got it changed to the correct length. read more

I went in there at around a 10pm a guy named Danny or Dano was there and I got a tattoo by him...HORRIBLE!!!!! He had a gun just sitting on his station and the tube he used had green dried ink on the top...when I asked about it he said that it was sterile. But all around bad experience and the stars I got were uneven and I went and got them covered and redone at a shop in Arlington. My daughter wanted to get double ear-piercings, so we went here. Because she's under 18, we were required to show her birth certificate, another form of ID with a picture, and my ID to prove I was her parent. Jade did her piercings and was wonderful! She explained the process (needle instead of gun) and the benefits of it. She talked through proper care of her piecing and even offered to help her put in "fillings" when she needs to take them out early for sports. Awesome experience with Ms Jade! read more

I went if for a navel piercing. They have a flat rate of $25 with a standard curved piece. The guy who pierced me was practical not overly nice or anything but he wasn't particularly rude-totally cool with me tbh. I was in and out in 10 mins (maybe Because it was Sunday?), the pain was minimal and he made sure I was fine after the piercing. He took me to a back room and all of the instruments were sealed and he cleaned the area that was to be pierced and marked it. The downside being that there wasn't a mirror so I couldn't exactly see the placement (which really didn't matter because it's even and looks pretty good). my bestfriend and I got our matching tattoos here, we came like 1am PROS: me and my best friend were debating and we of course kept changing our design, i will give them props for being patience with me, my friend he just was all hyped and ready to get it done already. but me being indecisive of the design and while he got his i watched and was debating on where to get it. i finally did they were profession, patient, and good conversationalist with an awesome taste in music! this was my 2nd tattoo and my friends 9th, this was a special tattoo for both of us, i was happy with service and gave a $20 tip after it healing.. CONS: after a couple days of healing and after i started looking at it, - i noticed that it wasn't filled in all the way -it was crooked -the letters where off and thats just mines for my friend, hes has been pissed off and doesn't want me to call and get it re-done by them -it wasnt filled -it looked faded/ like a old tat would -the letters are also disproportion and now im going to get it re-done somewhere else!! i wont even bother come back to get it fixed and redone thanks for making my special tat 10yr friendship meaningless :( read more

Great friendly place to get your tat on!! My sister and I got matching tats here by the infamous Dutch Dalton. A large intimidating man who had no trouble performing the task of an artful tattoo of flowers and vines on two cute girls. lol He was super nice, conversational, and asked us often if we were handling it well. Charged $50 each; a fair price for a good tat behind the ear. Also pierced my sisters navel with great skill. My sister survived. We had fun, and my sister and her boyfriend will be returning for their matching tats!! Definitely give Infinity 13 a try. read more

This will always be my go to place to get any piercing! About 6 months ago I got my nose pierced by David and let me tell you, he is AWESOME. It was so quick and easy, did not even feel the needle go through. Today I went to get the jewelry changed by David and again, it was quick and painless! I don't really leave reviews for places, but I felt the need to leave this one. I took someone to get their nose pierced about two weeks ago. I've been to this place before and had a really good experience getting my nose tapered, but a bad experience is more memorable than a good one. First of all, when we arrived we waited about 20 minutes while the "piercer" talked to someone. When we finally got back, the piercer kept leaving the room to take personal calls and have conversations. Annoying. Anyway, he marks the spot to be pierced, and he seemed really unsure about. He was shrugging and not really caring. He finally gets around to piercing, nose with a hoop. The part that upsets me the most is the fact that I've done some research and it is not recommended to pierce noses with hoops. At all. And he still did it. He didn't even try to warn us that it's not recommended. He used a seamless type ring, the one you need a tool to open and close. Nose was bleeding, I heard the tool snapping for like 5 minutes straight, he was tugging on his nose, it was horrible. It was so bad. In the end, the hoop was completely crooked and the closure is not seamless. It's sharp and it looks terrible. Another thing I want to note is that I didn't see any qualifications up for this guy. No license or certificate. I could be wrong, but I was scanning the room for one. Overall, this place really sucked. I have a picture, but it looks too gross to post. read more

I came to this shop just to buy a nose stud after work, which fairly should've been just 5 minutes. A lady in the front showed me the nose screws. I asked her if she had smaller ones and she said yes but in the back where someone was getting a piercing done so I was asked to wait for a few minutes until they finished with the customer. I saw the customer walk out with a piercing and I was waiting for 15 minutes when it was just supposed to be a quick purchase!! I left very disappointed. HORRIBLE customer service read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I came in to pierce my tregus and forward helix. First problem; I was asked to pay for the service before it was rendered. I complied and paid $45. Problem 2; after I got situated in the chair, she realized that my "helix" didn't have enough skin/cartilage to pierce. She tried to place the ring elsewhere but I came in for a specific piercing. So, I asked, what was their refund policy. She said "we usually don't give refunds, but this is a special case so I'll tell them to get you fixed up." Problem 3: they couldn't even figure out how to issue a refund. Apparently the card reader kept asking for a password that they didn't know. They said their manager would be in later and would be able to process a return. But, I was not able to wait as I had other things that needed to be done. MariBelle called me back later and said they couldn't issue a return to my debit card unless they called my bank. So, I could wait for them to call the bank on Monday or I could come get cash. I specifically asked the hours so that I would come when they were open. She said Sunday 2-10. Problem 4: I come Sunday at 2:20. No one is here. I go wash my car and get a drink. 3:15p, still no one is here. So, I drove over here and wasted an hour for NOTHING. HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT come here. And, lesson for me, never pay for something until after you receive it. read more

I've just started my third tattoo with GW Garner. Every time this man, his skills and his creativity surpass my expectations. He is extremely kind, patient and gentle. He is thoughtful, respectful and polite. Even when the awkwardness of the angle require "delicate" hand placement, its done in a professional manner. Never once has he made me feel uncomfortable. All I have had to do is provide an idea and he brings it to life. The dedication and work he puts into my tattoos before the actual appointment speak volumes. I've said it once before and I'll say it again... I have no intentions of ever going to another artist. Thank you GW!! I drive right at 40 mins to get to him, passing dozens of shops along the way and he is totally worth it... Y'all need to check him out. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. If ur in the market for a tattoo and are sitting on the fence, call him! If u've had a bad tattoo experience before but still kinda want another, call him! Do not get your tattoo done here. I had a fairly simple tattoo done here a couple months ago. It was just a heart with an infinity symbol. One side of the heart is taller than the other. The thickness varied throughout. The lines were squiggly and not filled in properly at all. I just got it fixed by Jeremiah Odom, the owner at Cedar Springs tattoo and he couldn't believe how terrible the tat was. He said the guy should have to pay for me to have it lasered off and then pay for the re-work. It was also very painful to get covered up. I wish I could post pictures so you could see the difference between then and now. It's incredible. Do not go here. It's not worth it. read more
