I don't know what was done to my face by the first plastic surgeon, although I can deduce what happened, but I looked totally different, and for the worse. Dr. Kusuma was able to give me my face back and a much younger and more beautiful one at that. He performed a full-face lift, upper and lower lid surgeries and neck surgery. I would like to share what I learned with those that might be shopping for a plastic surgeon. I have been able to compare two plastic surgeons and how they operate. I hope that what I learned will be useful to other people. The items listed below compare the two surgeons. 1. Dr. Kusuma will not ask you to sign endless documents stating that no matter what happens, he is not responsible for the result. 2. Dr. Kusuma will not use general anesthesia for your surgery. 3. Dr. Kusuma films the complete surgery, and he will give you any films you desire to have. So, you actually know what went on during the surgery. 4. Dr. Kusuma will perform the complete surgery himself. He will not allow a "surgical assistant" who has never attended college to close any incisions, or to perform any procedure. 5. After the surgery, every time you visit Dr. Kusuma, photos are taken. He meticulously compares your progress. 6. Dr. Kusuma will not let you go until he deems the final product to be perfect. He will follow through with various measures to achieve total perfection. 7. If you have any problems, it is easy to make an appointment. You will not be asked to wait weeks before you can see him. 8. Dr. Kusuma is very approachable. You will never feel fearful when presenting a concern. I found that microneedling was something that could work for me. A friend of mine suggest Fabbar. He received microneedling on a scar he had which became nearly invisible from the first time I had seen his scar. I didn't give it much thought and make an appointment there. Upon my arrival, the owner met with me to talk to me about my skincare routine and what I wanted. She immediately told me that it might not be what I need. She went on further to explain that I might need facial instead to get rid of my blackheads (of which I don't have any, I only have whiteheads). I felt like I already knew where this was going.  She was asking me unrelated questions and suggesting all sorts of things, including laser, of which I had no desire to get. She stated microneedling starts at $299 and up. After that crappy start, the actual esthetician comes in. She asks me what I want and takes a look at my skin. She highly suggest and keep pushing me to get a chemical peel. She insists I come in for regular facials and if the chemical peel doesn't work, I could do microneedling. I asked for a price comparison. She came back saying $350 for a chemical peel and $600 for microneedling. I decided to get the peel and trusted the esthetician but almost immediately regretted my decision once I realized how weak their product was. I've done chemical peels before and this felt like a pure rip off. I paid for the treatment. I left and I called my friend to ask him about his experience at Fabbar. He also agreed that the owner and esthetician were very pushy for facials and other procedures. This place is a total rip-off. They are just thinking about the money they can get from you if you're stupid enough (like me) to not have done research of prices too. A chemical peel is not even half of 350 dollars. And how did the microneedling go from $299 and up to 600 dollars?! What is determining this "and up" in the price. (By the way, a micro needling session WITH PLASMA is 150 dollars average!!!! - I found out!) Why do they not that a price menu? Well because they are just at this for the money. They don't care about your skin at all. I called Fabbar to express my concern. The owner denies ever stating the $299 price as if I had any reason to lie and she does not understand that's pushing products and procedure  on customers does not make us want to return. I infinitely regret going there, as 350 dollars was completely wasted on a shitty facial they called a chemical peel. Meanwhile the owner and the ladies at the reception are all brandishing their Chanel bags on the counter. Don't be a fool. Research what you want. Ask for what you want clearly As for the owner, only give suggestions when they are wanted. If someone wants microneedling then why are pushing for laser, facials, and other procedures? They could have had a loyal customer but instead they created an unsatisfied customer that will never return.

After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. But ever since the COVID started taking over our normal lives, businesses were forced to close during the shutdown. When it was time for business to start opening back up slowly, many business were not able to come back and had no choice to shut down permanently. Unfortunately, this happened to the place where my stylists used to work. But luckily he was able to find a new salon where can work and he contacted me when he found out when can start working again, which is what led me to this place. I have not been to this place before but I felt very comfortable and safe coming in. They have very detailed and strict guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. For example, customers had to call in from their cars upon arrival so they can make sure there's plenty of room for social distancing. We had to use hand santizer sanitizer when we walk through the front door. We all have to wear masks the entire time during the visits. In addition to the safety rules, the place looked very clean and organize. The beauty chairs are positioned so customers will not be breathing to each other because the wall mirrors are placed between each chair. Touchless payment method is used so you can pay directly to your stlist and you dont have to wait and pay at the front desk. This location might be a little out of the way from my house, but I dont mind driving a little further so I can still support local businesses.
