I found this business on Yelp and got in contact with Brad, the owner and driver. He was in the middle of a reservation when I initially called, but set some time to call me as soon as he was available that night. He's super friendly, reliable, and prices are very reasonable. The fact that he was so prompt and transparent from the beginning is why I decided to book with him. Once we discussed details over phone/text, Brad emailed over the invoice and everything was seamless from there. He arrived early for pickup and was always communicative with us. The party bus was very clean, spacious, and especially comfortable for our parents. They even provided water and beer and made a pit stop for us when we needed use the bathroom before driving into the desert. Brad and his fiancé were both a pleasure to be around, truly great for any type of group! I told him that we weren't planning to get too crazy since this was a family event, but I can see them being amazing hosts for other groups who do plan to party on the bus! Brad and Paula - thank you so much for your service and hospitality! Hope to book with you guys every time I bring a group to Vegas :)

They stopped responding to my emails and finally responded over yelp two months later. We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.

For this second trip, we opted to use JMC again and Armando picked us up. We opted to stop at CVS for some essentials. I would recommend JMC transportation to anyone looking for an awesome experience and excellent customer service!

But that was a minor inconvenience compared to having to walk all the way across the pedestrian bridge and back to the Strip. I definitely will use this company again for transportation services when I'm in Vegas.

My husband was sent last week to SoCal to fight fires, his brother, held on duty. We called with 8 days notice to cancel, as the celebration is for their parents, and they are unable to be here. At first, no refund of deposit...then, just 1/3. Then, after my review, we received another 1/3, so in good faith, I took down my review.
