We were charged over $200 for a "consultation" and when we decided we many not want her to complete…read moreand file our taxes, she would not respond to emails or phone calls and were told that if we wanted a copy of the portion of the taxes (not a completed return) she compiled during our $220 "consultation" that would be another $150. Shouldn't that have been included for the outrageous fee we already paid. Very Unprofessional. Oh and you also have to sign an agreement to pay pretty much whatever she says before she will do anything.
