Two Guys Catering 12-7-24 I am giving this review from…read moresomeone that ate their food and watched them cater an event I attended. This event was an anniversary party with around 90 people in attendance. The presentation on the main table was amazing. It looked like a large Charcuterie Board that filled the entire table and some of it had 2 levels, it was just beautiful. There was a little bit of something for everyone on that table to eat and all I had was very good. The Servers were walking around with plates of Hors d Oeuvres which were amazing. I especially loved the Bacon wrapped Shrimp which were done to perfection. The Chicken Teriyaki was just as good. I like the Shrimp so much I had to ask for the recipe. I could have eaten a dozen of them easily. The servers were constantly walking around asking if they could give you more or if you had any trash to get rid of. At no time did we have to ask for food or clean up after ourselves. There were three large glass containers of drinks which they kept filled and chilled for us to grab drinks. They cut the three-tier cake once everyone was done eating the Hors d Oeuvres. The cake was superb in every way. This function from an attendee's point of view was perfection in every way these people were a first-class act. I must give them a 5 out of 5-star rating. If you have a function or need a cater look no further, they are your best choice. Follow me on FB for more reviews. Gulf Coast Terry

At every step of the process, they were supportive, informative, assisted in providing creative options and advice on how to best plan the event and utilize the venue. They met with us multiple times, took calls, responded timely to emails, we even met their momma! They continuously asked us questions to find out exactly what we wanted and utilized their extensive experience to help us put a great plan together. They don't not just take your order and provide catering; they literally LIVE the process with you and participate in your event! They made 100% sure everything was perfect. Their staff was on time, professional, and on point, the presentation was fantastic, and the food was DELICIOSO! They all knew how important this wedding was to us and they hit a home run in every single aspect. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking to impress your guests and ensure a smooth and delicious catering experience. BRAVO!!!

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
