I've had several lunches delivered from Ghost Kitchen and have always had a good experience…read more They are a delivery-only outfit and their menu is pretty comprehensive, including everything from appetizers, wings, and side dishes to entrees, salads, and sandwiches. I've always gone with one of the sandwich offerings -- the grilled chicken, the Angus burger, or the chicken pita. Each of these comes with your choice of a side -- I've always gone with a salad (well prepared) or chips (real ones, not the kind you would get out of a bag). Each meal has been excellent, and the delivery always friendly and prompt. I recently went to place another online lunch order from Ghost Kitchen but saw something about their being closed for the summer - bummer, but that's the only negative at all that I can think of.

We placed a large Thanksgiving order with Chef Mario, Inc. in Raleigh, and they never delivered it…read more Not late -- never. We tried calling multiple times and only reached an answering service that couldn't provide any real help. No one from the actual business ever called us back. No updates. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. For a holiday order that families rely on, this level of disregard is unacceptable. We were left scrambling at the last minute because this company simply did not show up or communicate. Based on our experience, Chef Mario, Inc. feels completely unreliable, and we strongly urge others to think twice before placing an order. A business that takes holiday payments and then disappears is not one you should trust with something this important. Avoid the headache -- look elsewhere.

We've had this event annually for 3 years & we've worked with Urbana Catering Concepts the last two years and we couldn't be happier with our experience from planning, to price, to the food, to the staff at the event. We were far, far happier with Urbana than the caterer we used our first year (in case you're wondering - the first year caterer was Square Rabbit). Chef Vaughn has always been really great about working with us on menu items (making suggestions & being open to ours) and working to keep us within our budget. For example - we needed a few vegan options at our event this year and Vaughn had great ideas! Since using Urbana for this event we've heard nothing but great things about the food and I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are amazingly friendly & helpful - they kept everything looking good throughout the event and even kept our donated dessert area cleaned up and looking nice. We are looking forward to working with them again next year. In summary - great food. great price. great people.
