Most…read morepathetic product and service we have received from Cameron Blinds, it may not even be a genuine Ziptrack product we were sold in the first place. Bunch of liars in the office denying the fact that they are responsible for the delayed install that took 6 visits and more than 2 weeks to be completed. After the install we had to keep requesting their install team to come out and fix different issues over and over again (at least 8 times in just 3 months). Now bragging about their 40 years of experience and blaming issue like wind and weather, which is of course a problem in Melbourne but products and services are designed and delivered to meet those issues and clients are properly informed on how to use the product and avoid these problems during such times. They think it's a joke to take clients hard earned money and then then ask to pay again for visits to fix the issues, not honoring the warranty. Very arrogant owner who has 0 manners or respect for suffering customers. We will take this to VCAT or anywhere else it needs to go to teach them a lesson and get our money back.

We ended up contacting a few companies for a quote (to compare) and EWF was the only company who turned up on time (we had soo many problems trying to get one of the other companies out). I found the sales rep to be very friendly and knowledgeable - they obviously cared about what I wanted and sought to find solutions that met this. Once we placed our order the blinds were ready, the same rep came out to install them. We thought this was great, as he knew exactly what we were going for and the whole thing was done very quickly. Very happy with our roman blinds and our overall experience.

We are prompted in this instance because we really do want to point customers in the direction of this excellent outdoor blind company! Our own recommendation came from a relative who had had recently ordered from Suncrest Blinds. We were visiting when the blinds were installed and observed the efficient work of the experienced installers; which was repeated again at the time of our Dec 2021 installation. The whole process of measuring, quoting, placing an order, as well as updates on progress and a post installation inspection, was conducted in a friendly manner by a team who value their customers. Vlad was our main contact. It would be a tall order for other companies to match his approach! So if you don't have a personal recommendation from a friend or relative to use Suncrest, take this one from strangers. ~ Jan and Neville Patterson Lakes

I ordered some great plantation shutters for my bathroom and they turned out great,. Really stylish and great quality and wasn't that expensive. Then we got some curtains for the bedrooms and it was so nice to have a huge selection of fabrics to choose from. There would have been a whole wall of fabric swatches to choose from which was great at the Essendon showroom. We live in Brunswick and had the whole house done and I love the new feel of our house. The whole project cost around $6000 which was great value as we got some more expensive fabrics to last us the next 5-10 years.
