Kristina was super responsive and the communication and replies were quick, I had time constraints before the baby arrives and they were able to adjust me in their busy schedule! They arrived on time and were super quick in the job. Professional and their rates are much better than other quotes I got from some other companies! After finishing the job they cleared and cleaned the area as well picking up all remaining bits and pieces of wallpaper. He did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate the concerns. I then spoke to the manager Alex and asked for him to send someone else to fix it. He assured me he would send someone else and then sent the same person (which he clearly was trying to hide from me). They also have shady business practices. They have been listed on Yelp under several different names (probably because people have been unhappy) but it is all Ideal Construction. I paid $650 for a mediocre job done on 1 wall.

Although they claimed to be very familiar with the paper manufacturer, they failed to warn me that the paper size on the link that I sent to them was an atypical size for Schumacher. Since I ended up ordering the paper at a slightly cheaper price elsewhere, and I did not note that there was a difference in the size, I ended up with not as much paper as they wanted me to have. Paper moon stuck by their assertion that I misunderstood their advice on how many rolls to purchase- although they graciously did not charge me to reschedule the install. The project ended up taking a while. And even though we generously stored their tools up against our home exterior for 2-3 days, had loads of wasted paper leftover, AND patched a couple of paint spots that got caught in the crossfire- we STILL got charged FULL PRICE. That said, the high price did ultimately result in good-looking wallpaper. Installer was likable, talented, and precise with the paper. And for that we are grateful.

The first time he put together a catio and redid caulk in baths and windows. The second time was today when he repaired some areas on the walls that needed patching. He did a marvelous job, you cannot tell now that there was ever an issue. He applied the drywall, textured and painted. I find the hourly rate to be very reasonable. The work on their website is so stunning, I didn't think we could afford them! I was shocked when not only were their prices reasonable for the scope of work, they were actually the least expensive bid (by a lot)! We had our primary bath and closet painted, followed by wallpaper on one wall and the barrel ceiling as well as wallpaper in the powder room. The pictures don't do it justice. Not only did Juan and Marcos do an astonishing job of smoothing the walls (they were heavily textured), Juan was kind enough to match the paper for a trim ring going up with a new light fixture. The powder room was beautifully done and I can't find a seam anywhere! Our home was treated with respect, and is probably cleaner than when they started...lol! In regards to the painting, Eric was absolutely meticulous in his work. If you've ever painted on textured walls, you know how hard it is to cut in and achieve a straight line. He performed what is, by far, the best paint job I've ever seen. If you've made it this far, let me finish by saying that if you are looking for high quality work, you shouldn't consider anyone else.
